Hey! The Bedding Pal team welcomes you. We are dedicated to bringing you the accurate information regarding sleep-related disorders and how to cope with them.

Note: In our effort to maintain the quality of information shared on our website, we brought in Jessica Larsen to head the Chief Editor of Bedding Pal content production team. Jessica is responsible of reviewing all the articles created to make sure that it contain accurate facts and would be helpful to our readers. Being in the neurology field for the past years working as a professional neurologist, we are pretty confident that she would be able to contribute to the success of this blog.

We believe, If you take action and master your sleep, you will lay the foundation of a thriving life as a troubled sleep affects almost all other aspects of your life such as productivity, health, mood & relation, etc.

Sadly enough, a significant number of the world population is struggling to get enough quality sleep. It leads us to start this blog.

Today, in this fast-paced world, it is the stress and unhealthy lifestyle that set people on a disturbed sleep routine. Not only this, other problems such as stress, lack of focus, perverted posture, and body pains are, most of the times, the results of a disturbed sleeping routine. Luckily, these problems are easy to fix, as long as you are willing to put in some efforts.

Though medicines are available that help to induce sleep, we prefer healing the body naturally. Reason being, soon the body gets used to these pills and then one is back to square one; only now there will be an increase in the dosage. Simply, just say no to the pills and address the issue from it's very root.

The sleep-related troubles can be improved by making a few gentle tweaks to a person's lifestyle. What those changes are? Stay with us, we will be sharing everything via this blog. You must start from this article. Hope, you will benefit from it.

Neurologist, Chief Editor

I worked in the field of a neurology for the past 10 years. My passion towards sleep started when I was 25, when I experienced sleep difficulties after few years of working in the field of neurology. I experienced different forms of insomnia and was not able to sleep easily as I used to.

After experiencing how tough it is to have insomnia, I want to share my experience on how I overcome such difficulties. By running this blog, I hope to convey the best ideas to overcome sleeping disorders. With my expertise in neurology, my advice would be in accordance with the latest development in neurology. Of course, some old tricks cannot be ignored too!

Also, after giving birth to my son, I had to learn about what are the best practices to get my baby to sleep. Being a mother and a wife, I have been concerned about my family’s sleep quality, because that would greatly influence how successful and happy my family will be.

Understanding the importance of sleep, I have embarked on this journey to find out what are the best practices for sleep. Hopefully, these tips will help improve the quality of your life as well!
